Mamma Mia! What a workout!

Wow! I worked out today to the Mamma Mia soundtrack… awesome music, great cardio event! My heart maintained 120-128 most of the half hour. That is GOOD for me! I had to increase the speed to keep up with the music, LOL!

Loved it!  Now to do my organizing and house work to the beat! I’ll be done in NO TIME AT ALL!
