  7. To say or do something to attract attention to yourself.
  8. A constant complaining about non-essential matters.
  9. A deceitful or evasive spirit that seeks to give a false impression, or make someone think you are more spiritual than you really are.
  10. To pick flaws and criticize when you are set aside or unnoticed.
  11. Lustful and wandering eyes.
  12. A shrinking from duty or reproach.
  13. A tendency to retaliate when you don’t get your way.
  14. Permitting things for yourself you would not permit in others
  15. A shallow stinginess in thought or desire.
  16. A feeling of jealousy about the blessing or rewards of another.
  17. Partiality to certain people, classes of people, or denominations in your dealings.

  1. Thanks for that list. I think any honest person can see things that have crept into their lives unaware. I’ve been studying
    2 Peter 1: 5-14, which links to 1 Corinthians 13, and…Proverbs 31…along with Psalm 51…Ephesians 6…
    You get the picture! 😃
I see “a little leaven leaventh the whole lump” in an ENTIRELY new way now!!
Hope 2020 will be a great year of much clarity and deeper understanding for us All.
