A POSITIVE APPROACH

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. —Philippians 4:13

It is important to maintain a positive approach when encountering a problem in your life. Paul defines this positive approach in today’s text:

1. “I CAN”— A positive ATTITUDE. Some are defeated before they begin because they immediate think, “I can’t!” Negativity will defeat you quicker than any other form of opposition.
2. “I can DO all things…” — A positive ACTION. A positive attitude always leads to positive action.
3. “I can do all things THROUGH CHRIST which strengtheneth me” — A positive APPLICATION—Apply faith to your problem (Heb. 11:6).  Look at your problem through God’s eyes.  As big and formidable as your problem may appear, God is bigger and with His strength you can overcome it!
