A Washboard Special

Tonight we attended Faith Baptist Church in Lake Butler again to hear Evangelist Tim Green. He preached an encouraging sermon on “No More Night.”  I’m looking forward to that time!

Also, I was greatly blessed by a man who sang “In the Shelter of His Arms” and accompanied himself with a WASHBOARD (see pic below)! Loved it!  I’ve heard people play a pair of spoons, a handsaw, and a upside down washtub, but never a washboard!   This is something you’d only hear in a country church of people who love Jesus and old fashioned preaching.   Amen!
