Today we attended Bible Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL. This church was pastored by Dr. Peter S. Ruckman until his death in 2016. Today Brian Donavan is the pastor and doing a great job. Brother Donavan’s S.S. lesson from Job 38 was very enlightening and his Bible Study on “The Family” was excellent.
Dr. Ruckman was a good friend of this preacher for many years. He preached our building dedication in Vermont (1982). Dr. Ruckman and his wife Pam also attended the ground breaking ceremony of our church in Port Orchard (1993).
Today Barb and I were delighted to take Pam Ruckman out to lunch after the services at Bible Baptist. If you are ever in Pensacola, please visit this great church!

Salvation by Grace not Works
Peter S. Ruckman, Sr is a historical Bible teacher who truly loved the Holy Bible as God’s word and loved and trusted Jesus Christ as Lord, Savior, Prince of Peace and King of Kings.
Praise God for calling Peter Ruckman to teach and preach that continues via online though he has passed and now resides in Heaven for eternity with God Yaweh.
Salvation is by Grace (God’s love), nothing more, nothing less, sealed for eternity by the Holy Spirit – if we solely trust Jesus as Lord and Savior. If we say we must help save our souls by our behavior by turning from sin or can lose our salvation after any moment of hoping to receive salvation, then we reject the offer to receive salvation as a gift from God because we do not offer our sole trust in the gift of salvation and therefore cannot be a born-again in Spirit saved soul for eternity because we error by mistakenly trying to amend God’s Salvation Plan offer which is a spritual contract purchased by the work Jesus did on the cross to allow His blood to be shed to be the only God approved payment for sin vs. our works.
We can do no work to save our soul because we are not a Savior. There is only one Savior and that is Jesus Christ.
God does not give a Christian a license to sin.Turning from sin is commanded by God and counts for Discipleship for rewards in Heaven if saved and demonstrates our love for Jesus Christ to help attract others to desire to become a born-again in Spirit saved soul too.
The Bible reveales God’s kingdom is a society of former sinners in life on earth – whether the least or worst- who has parity received from God to live in Heaven thus escaping Hell but also are given an inheritance of different levels and designations of rewards according to their works of good or loss from sin.
Yes, as the Holy Bible explains in the book of Corinthians, Disciples of Jesus are rewarded in Heaven for their work (the good in God’s eyes they do). And we are born-again saved souls on the narrow road with a reservation today and future inheritance in Heaven by trusting solely in Jesus as Lord and Savior. John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-10 :o)
May God Bless all on their spiritual journey who seek the truths about salvation recorded in the Holy Bible.
God guarantees that all who seek His truth about how to receive salvation by relentlesly reading the Scriptures of the Bible will sooner or later find it.
God has a perfect heart and harvest. A gift from the heart can never be earned, lost, or returned whether from God or a person.
The world has many Gods. Every person who has the desire in their heart to seek the one true living God Yaweh (Triunion entity of God, Son Jesus, Holy Spirit) will find Him.
In a world filled with increasing trials and tribulations, I pray the Fruits of the Spirit referred to in the Bible will be with you.
I believe one day we will travel the Universe together as saved friends of Christ Jesus!
Jesus is returning soon for Rapture to evacuate saved souls to take us to Heaven per Bible prophecy in the book of Issiah! (Israel reformed as a nation after two-thousand years by God’s love and guidence for His chosen people the Jews).
Jesus is the nation Israel’s God and King which God will soon open their eyes and hearts to know it!
