December 26 – 71 Years Old

Psalm 90:10 says, “The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”

On December 26 I’ll be 71 years old. How time flies!  According to Psalm 90:10, my remaining years will be “bonus” years.   Although I think I’m in reasonably good health, I’m not sure when I’ll be “cut off” and “fly away.”   But, I do know this much—Whatever time I have left will be spent living for God and serving Him.

The BIG question is: WHERE??? 

Barb and I have been on-the-road four months seeking the place where God wants us to spend our remaining time serving Him. We are still seeking.

We are currently camped in Jacksonville, FL.   Lord willing, we will remain here for the next several weeks. While we love it here, we don’t have God’s peace that this is the place where God wants us to settle down.  So, we will hit-the-road again in the end of January and head West.  Please continue to pray for us as we consider God’s will.
