Have Faith In God
Have faith in God — Mark 11:22
The important thing about your faith is not your faith, but where you put your faith—The object of your faith. Jesus asked this disciples, “WHERE is your faith?”
Too often we are concerned about the quantity and quality of our faith instead of the object of our faith. We often question, “Did I believe hard enough… strong enough… long enough?” You never will get your experience to suit you. You will never pray just as you want to, or feel or preach or live just as you want to. Perfection is found only in Him. As J. Hudson Taylor said, “Quit working at your faith and rest in the Faithful one.”
Biblical faith never occupied with itself but is occupied with Him. Quit digging in the ashes of your poor heart for satisfaction. Consider Him, not your faith, “lest ye be weary and faint in your minds.”
“Have faith IN GOD,” not in your ability to believe!
