Sarasota Lunch

While on the Florida west coast we took time to visit friends and family. Yesterday we had lunch with my cousin, Dawn, in Sarasota. When she was a toddler, I was one of her babysitters. Our moms were best friends – cousins when growing up.

We saw Dawn’s mom, Cathy, when we were in MI in September. It was great to catch up on Dawn’s life in Florida. We couldn’t’ remember when we last saw each other, so it was likely before we moved to the west coast in 1974. A LONG time ago…  We have kept in touch on FaceBook.

It’s been an interesting trip of reacquaintance! Love this trip. So many memories to keep.
