The Reason for the Season???

I hear this statement often during this time of year:  “Jesus is the Reason for the Season.” Really???

Actually—“You and I are the reason for the season.”  1 Timothy 1:15 says, “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.”  You and I are the real reason why Jesus came to planet earth!

We have Christmas because Jesus loves sinners and came to die for our us. If it were not for us being sinners, there would be no Christmas!
