Jesus Teaches On Prayer

Matthew 6:9-13 is commonly called “The Lord’s Prayer.” It is really a model prayer Jesus taught to the disciples about how they should pray (see Luke 11:1-4).  (It is part of Christ’s sermon on the mount that applies doctrinally to the Kingdom Age. I don’t believe Jesus intended for this “prayer” to be recited verbatim by Christians today.)

However, there are several aspects of this “prayer” that we may use as a pattern for our own prayers. The link to this message will study how we may apply these four aspects to how we should pray today.
